Introduction Your role and responsibilities Ibm is looking to expand our threat management services capabilities in our south american security services practice which focuses on helping our clients build their security intelligence, threat management capability and operations centers from setting a strategy, roadmap, or optimizing an existing security operation using our proven methodology in an effort to identify and respond to information security attacks. This position is for a passionate experienced threat management professional that has solid experience on managing high performance teams on consulting companies and is capable of developing the threat management capabilities of our senior threat management managing consultant is confortable on public speaking and can communicate with all levels of client management from security analysts to director to c-Level executives, in the areas of security intelligence and operations including advance persistent threats (apts) relevant to our clients industry, advanced security controls, incident response process and procedures, security operations, metrics and analytics, with technical knowledge of various security technologies (e.G. Security information and event management (siem), incident response tools, edr, xdr etc.)our threat management services include technologies such as:- Siem (qradar, splunk, azure sentinel)- Mdr (crowdstrike, cybereason, microsoft defender)- Ot, ics, iot, miot (armis, nozomi, cylera, claroty)- Soar technologies- Threat intel technologiesRequired technical and professional expertise- For this role you will be required to have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the following:- Experience in interfacing at multiple levels of client management and building relationships.- Experience in supervising, managing, and leading teams to success.- Experience in managing complex projects and using project management skills.- Working knowledge of security industry regulations, standards, and compliance frameworks (e.G., nist csf, iso 27002, cobit, pci dss, itil, fedramp and cjis requirements, etc.).- Ability to work easily with diverse and dynamic teams.- Experience in consulting and systems integration or managed security services in a top tier professional services firm with knowledge of siem technologies, ticketing and workflow orchestration, threat-Intelligence platforms, active defense, use case and rule construction, etc.).- Experience working in projects in one of the core sioc domains: siem engineering and administration, soc governance, soc process design, operations management, incident investigation, threat hunting, or incident response processes, automation, and procedures.- Good understanding of windows and linux operating systems with comfort in cli and logging requirements.- Good understanding of windows and linux operating systems with comfort in cli and logging requirements.- Good understanding of cloud architectures (azure, aws, gcp, and ibm).- Firm understanding of linux, windows, networking, firewalls, and security defense technologies.- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to ever changing it security landscape.- Solid understanding of mitre att&ck tactics and technical and professional expertise- Previous experience on big4- Previous experience as senior manager on consulting companies- Previous expirience as penetration tester/red teamer- Previous experience as soc analyst and soc architectcertifications: it security industry certifications such as (cissp, sccp, oscp, cisa, cism, security+, ceh, etc.).About business unitAre you craving to learn more?
