Youll own and drive the development forallbranding, creatives, social media, content, public relationsandinternal communications initiatives across the country. The headofmarketing will be growing the sumups brand, attracting newcustomersand keeping existing merchants excited about our will be based in são paulo. What youll do - Plan andmanagethe marketing strategy around key objectives - Own allbrand,messaging, and positioning initiatives from ideation toexecutionacross all pr, social and content channels - Contribute tothe overallmarketing strategy and roadmap by working closely with keyinternallocal and international stakeholders - Prioritize and react tourgentcommunication needs and crisis management - Coordinate theinternalcommunications for the entire organization in brazil - Guideand coacha team of 18 marketing and communications professionals inthebranding, creatives, internal communications, social media &contentand pr & external communications teams. Youll be great forthisposition if - You have experience of working in hyper-Growthandfast-Paced environments ideally in b2c - You possess apeopleleadership skill of crafting passionate and high performingteams inmatrix set-Ups - You have experience in all marketingdimensionsespecially in branding, online & offline marketing,externalcommunications and pr - You have a good understanding ofmulti-Productbusiness strategies - You have a strong creative andanalyticalmindset, carrying a passion for hands-On ideation, words anddesign aswell as a solid grasp of data-Driven decision-Making. - Youhaveexcellent presentation and english communication skills (verbalandwritten).
