From the worlds major cities to remoteareas without banks, people are increasingly relying on digitalcurrency along with mobile technology to use their money anytime, makepurchases online, transfer funds and access basic financial of which makes their lives easier and helps the visa brand are our talented employees whocontinuously raise the bar with innovative solutions and products thatdeliver the convenience and security of digital currency to morepeople all over the Jobdescription and responsibilities- Achieve annual sales goals ofvisa direct, in partnership with local product and leads- Takeclients through the sales cycle from prospecting to solutioning todeal structure to contract- Develop sales strategy for salesacceleration, including determining high potential client targets, usecases and verticals, etc.- Develop a lead acquisition plan fordomestic and cross border money movement opportunities.-Responsible for closing a portfolio of high-Profile initiatives formoving money, facilitating domestic and cross-Border low valuepayments to real time payment networks and ach settlement hubs betweenbanks, digital banks, p2p apps and wallets, remitters, gamingplatforms, online brokerage companies, crypto platforms, financialinstitutions, and many other financial players. Additionally, there isa heavy weighting on active prospecting new players that are currentlynot in the pipeline.- Ensure the number and quality of leads onthe company crm solution- Develop an effective pipeline ofprospects- Progress opportunities -Demonstrates that you canincrementally move each opportunity through the client acquisitionmethodology, covering off all aspects that it and the sales leadershipgroup require- Close business -Achieve closed contracts withminimum term commitments, in line with the company sales plan.-Coach client to delivery - You have continued to work the contractedclient through the client acquisition methodology and fostered astrong client relationship which is then subsequently handed over toaccount management team.- Communicate - You consistentlydemonstrate that where appropriate you can be nibble and effective incommunicating across the internal and customer organizations toachieve mutual understanding of the opportunity and company goal.-We will be working in a fast paced, agile environment, so you must beproactive and excel with internal and external partners to ensure weachieve our goals- You will be the sme for visa directknowledgeable on how our clients commercialize with visa direct, deepdive into use cases, explain our full stack of apis and sdks, and leadeach project identifying roadblocks and gaps for faster time tomarket.- Be close to the market, work with vd product team toexecute the go-To-Market strategy and ensure we have an ever-Improvingright value proposition and product construct to meet clientneedsthis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternatetime between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles areexpected to work from the office two days a week, tuesdays andwednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of thetime based on business :-Ba/bs required. Post graduate degree in business administrationstrongly preferred- Knowledge of swift cross border paymentsconcepts and transaction banking in the cross border payments spaceand low value (ach).- Prior payments sales experience in thefinancial services industry (banks and fintech similar jobs.
