Level experienced (individual contributor) the cross border team at shopee empowers sellers from all over the world to sell into the southeast asia and taiwan region. The team helps sellers to market their products across the 7 markets and provide enabling services such as cross border logistics, operations, payments, product related services, overseas warehouse fulfillment and business intelligence. Job description: implement and manage payment processes for 3 latam markets, covering areas such as reconciliation, adjustments, manual refunds and disputesdevelop new processes with payment partnersreceive buyer queries on payment errors, and work with internal stakeholders and external payment partners to understand and resolve issuesresponsible for maintaining and uploading adjustment files in internal and external systemssupport day-To-Day of monitoring the cause of payment declines and assessments of payment card feesanalyze and create financial reports on marketplace payments internal management, and external partners, settlement reports, money in-Out, reconciliation and submission to the payment networkable to see through the root cause of problems and come up with impactful strategies to drive business change in daily operations. Requirements: bachelors degree in business, engineering or knowledge in excel and powerpoint.
