Essential duties and responsibilities- (key activities)maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, serviceprocedures and that standards are maintained at a superior level on a daily monitor human resources associates performance in all phases ofservice and job functions, rectify any deficiencies with respective the associates interaction with guests and employees resolvediscrepancies with respective departmental associates with their job functions to ensure optimum serviceto guests/ guest reactions and confer frequently with associates to ensure files on all current laws regarding human resources on:wage and hour union workers compensation immigrations unemployment a.D.A alcoholicbeverage servicedevelop and maintain current job descriptions for all hotel and use outside recruiting all applicants for management positions and submit and ensure a proper orientation program is delivered to all new accurate maintenance of all employee monitor and critique in-House training programs/feedback to human resources associates on their disciplinary problems and counsel guidelines for performance reviews on all completion and placement in employees progressive discipline procedures monitor compliance with such conductcounseling sessions with employees ensure documentation and placement of recordsin employees and document exit interviews with all terminated employees ensureplacement of documentation in employees employee benefits audits on hotel payroll records, verifying accuracy of titles, rates and maintain current records on a competitive wage and benefit survey forall hotel documentation and monitor billing on employee insurance and c.O.B.R.A,ensuring entitlement of complete documentation and coordinate occupational benefit plancompensation, ensuring entitlement of and prepare reports on e.E.O.C.
