Key responsibilities: as our general manager, you will: develop and implement strategic plans to ensure efficient business operations and alignment with the companys overall vision and goals. Drive daily business activities and improve overall business functions, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives. Oversee financial management, including budget planning, financial reporting, and cash flow management. Manage our esteemed portfolio of properties, ensuring top-Tier maintenance and tenant satisfaction. Foster relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders to further our business interests. Manage recruitment, training, and professional development of our dedicated team members. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and guests. Collaborate with our sales and marketing team, devising strategies to enhance our brands visibility. Implement rigorous quality control measures, preserving our reputation for exceptional service. Oversee risk management, including identifying and mitigating potential risks across our business. Ensure complete compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Manage and supervise special projects, including property renovations and new developments. Report on operational performance and progress towards strategic goals regularly. Develop contingency plans to manage crises effectively. Preparation of daily activity reports essential skills & experience: extensive experience in leadership and operations management within the luxury real estate and/or hospitality sectors. Demonstrable expertise in strategic planning and business development. Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting. A deep understanding of property management, including regulations, leasing, and tenant relations. Proven ability in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation. Fluency in written and spoken english is required, and additional languages would be an advantage.
