Preparation of daily activity reports essential skills & experience: extensive experience in leadership and operations management within the luxury real estate and/or hospitality sectors. Demonstrable expertise in strategic planning and business development. Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting. A deep understanding of property management, including regulations, leasing, and tenant relations. Proven ability in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation. Fluency in written and spoken english is required, and additional languages would be an advantage.
