Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to providing day-To-Day administration of all team member benefits such as enrollments of new hires, annual benefits renewals, systems configurations, data analysis, benefits terminations, billing, disability, and life claim filing, and responding to team member inquiries. Under general guidance and management of the director, global benefits on all international benefits programs when working with international benefits brokers and when rolling out new benefits. What you will do primary responsibilitiescoordinates and manages the administration of all benefits and wellness programs for the assigned region. Serves as the primary contact for plan vendors and third-Party administrators. Coordinates the transfer of data to external contacts for services, premiums, and plan daily benefits processing. Handles benefits enrollments, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, disability, accident and death claims, and compliance documents and responds to team member inquiries regarding plan benefits and wellness. Assists team members in resolving problems relating to health care, claims, payments, or as a liaison between management, third-Party administrators, insurance carriers, and team members in all matters under his scope, related to health, wellness, and other team member and distributes written and electronic communication to all team members regarding benefit and wellness programs, annual renewals, plan documents, and any benefit changes. Maintains benefits and wellness content for the corporate intranet and facilitates presentations of new benefits, wellness programs, benefits refresher sessions, and new hire benefit orientation focus groups and/or surveys that will explore our team members perceptions of current and future benefits, as well as the impact on their motivation and in surveys regarding the regions benefits trends in coordination with the compensation informative documents administration (flyers, benefits at glance, total reward statements) for team members and keeps these documents data within internal hris and external third-Party sites (e.G. Ultipro, government-Related and third-Party vendor sites). Receives and reviews source documents for accuracy and completeness. Researches and resolves inconsistent/data. Ensures data integrity in hris and international payroll databases regarding all benefits-Related records with daily maintenance of benefits information resolving data errors, updating data (i.E., changes, terminations, benefit/leave administration, etc.). Creates hris benefits reports and tests for mandated periodic filings and reports and other ad hoc reports, as monthly billings from providers. Reviews billings for accuracy and submits for payment in a timely manner. Resolves discrepancies with carriers and international and maintains administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes. Ensures compliance with applicable government regulations. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of required reporting and third-Party administrators and auditors in completing compliance testing and plan current knowledge of pertinent federal/state/local regulations affecting team member benefits and wellness communication and helps execute all global wellness programs for the assigned region, including translation of materials in spanish and portuguese when participates in the creation of global wellness calendars, health fairs, and other related activities in the and manages the execution of the wellness reward program, including the distribution of gift cards and raffle with the leaders in total rewards, international hrbps, and local management to ensure the coordination, communication, and execution of all related the confidentiality of all information, protects the assets of the company, reports non-Compliance, and adheres to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and company policies and projects and duties as youll need qualifications & requirementsbilingual in english/portuguese required (is a must)H.S. Diploma/ged bachelors degree preferredand extensive hr administration experience. Familiarity with benefits brokerage activity with the computer software literacy, and human resource information systems (hris) experience required. Ultipro experience is strongly knowledge and advanced proficiency working with microsoft office suite software including microsoft word, microsoft excel, microsoft powerpoint and microsoft travel 20% of the timevalid government issued drivers license #J-18808-Ljbffr.
