Brazil amazon logistics (amzl) is in an exciting phase of building a large-Scale logistics network, addressing the toughest last-Mile challenges. We are looking for creative leaders with a passion for highly complex challenges, a knack for problem solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-Paced environment. Amazon logistics is looking for a channel relationship manager to be a part of the team that drives the expansion of the hub dp (hub distribution partner) network across the country. The dp hub structure is an amzl hybrid operation that uses partner small companies to carry out amzls urban logistics in high-Risk, low-Density and remote areas, through the use of amzls main technologies and processes, aiming for the best service in the category to our customers in brazil. This position is an operations manager that will support hub operations expansion and is responsible for managing the daily activities of the channel team leaders (field team). As channel relationship manager, you will be responsible for ensuring overall performance of the channel and providing feedback to program team on approaches to improve hub performance and engagement. You will also be responsible for accounting for the financials of the program including performance information such as milk run efficiency. Additionally, this position will work together with expansion team to ensure positive impacts in the metrics and help to design the new milk run routes to expand the network. - Candidate must be flexible to work weekends and/or overnight, as needed - Candidate must have availability to travel up to 50% of the time Key job responsibilities Managing the daily activities of the channel team leaders (field team) such as survey, scouting, onboarding, training and daily partner management Monitor and ensure overall performance of the channel solving issues that arise Provide feedback to program team on approaches to improve hub performance and engagement Design the new milk run routes to expand the network Manage and/or coordinate with 3P vendors who support these functions We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Sao paulo, sp, bra Basic qualifications Experience managing teams Experience in leading projects and programs in an operational setting Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements Bachelors degree Excellent english and portuguese skills Preferred qualifications Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization #J-18808-Ljbffr.
