About the role & team: You will primarily support business with the purchase orders, resolve procurement related task, communicating with vendors and assisting business with the onboarding of new suppliers. The specialist purchasing will also be responsible for delivering efficient and effective end user support related to P2P process.  What you will do: Oversee purchase order processing and tracking. Assist with onboarding new suppliers. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance operations, purchasing to ensure smooth end-To-End procurement processes. Assist in the coordination of procurement activities across the organization. Provide guidance and training to junior team members or new hires in P2P processes and systems. Offer support to other team members during peak workload periods. Prepare regular reports and key performance indicators (kpis) for management review Actively seek opportunities to optimize and improve procurement processes, including automation and efficiency initiatives. Resolving issues with procurement related activities. Qualifications Experience: University degree. Fluent in english. 1-2 years of experience in procurement with a focus on buying. Reporting skills and proficiency in excel, power bi and power point. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient with procurements tools such as oracle or sap. Process improvement hands on experience. Nice-To-Have: Spanish proficiency.
