Job title: sr manager demand planning brand: adidas location: alphaville/barueri team: accounting & finance state: sp country/region: br contract type: full time number: date: aug 24, 2022 purpose & overall relevance for the organization: to drive and run the integrated business plan (ibp) processes generating alignment within the country and cross-Functionally. To provide key informations to the regional demand plan team to create the most accurate rdp for the country. To manage the inventory of country by providing visibility to the stakeholders and leading the clearance process in the country. Key responsibilities: deploy the demand plan agenda (ibp/otb/rdp/inventory management) to act as a key contact between region and country and guarantee alignment. Create the ibp figures for the key business segments together with the fp&A and local ctc to have clear financial targets aligned with counter parts in the country. Drive validation of the figures in the channels review meeting to acquire validation of financial targets with the flm (-Gm) of the country. Lead otb retail alignment with dtc merchandiser in the country to guarantee cross function alignment on the buy volume of the season. Drive retail rdo delivery in the system to provide the retail forecast of the countries to the region on time and in the proper system. Align sales orders intake and snapshot analysis with sales coordinator to provide support to the regional dp team to make the wholesale rdp. Lead local sourcing alignment with the country demand to grant balance between demand and factory capacity. Own the stock meeting with country flm to give visibility to the inventory status and follow up on action plans. Manage clearance list by updating it to help channels on their clearance activities. Knowledge skills and abilities: specialist in business or technical skills with detailed knowledge in some areas of work or systems. Broad & deep knowledge in own functional area, combining theoretical and practical knowledge. Requisite education and experience / minimum qualifications: experience required as manager of experts.
