Do presentations about the rotary foundation as per request. Coordinates logistical requirements for the section. Support the control all fundraising activities, service to donors and payment of grants made by the service center. Keep the control of contributions updated and support with the preparation and distribution of reports for clubs and districts. Prepare the documents of grants reports to be verified support with the verification of invoices received in the reports of the rotary foundation grants and organize the archive of these documents. Assists the supervisor in making travel arrangements. Internal contacts: ri staff at the ribo and world headquarters in the rotary foundation, finance division and data services. External contacts: district and club leaders, rotarians, various recipients of trf contributions and grants. Other duties as assigned.
