Job description the apm will assist the project management team to track and manage all the documentation produced, including project deliverables. The main job purpose is to assist on administrative and clerical tasks related to project management. Qualifications responsibilities include but are not limited to: monitor and control the project by: assist schedule and planning consolidation applying performance management techniques. Managing the change control process. Advise upon project finances. Read and understand documents defining project, including but not limited to: agreements, work letters, project charters, surveys, budgets, schedules, and drawings. Prepare project status reports, process purchase orders, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials proficiency in managing multiple timelines and projects simultaneously, setting priorities, and working with little or no direct supervision manage project correspondence (meetings, reports, memos, emails, etc.) to facilitate, maintain and track. Education & experience bachelors degree in engineering, architecture or related. A minimum of 3 years experience working in construction projects. Ability to develop report, project follow ups. Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications. Experienced in the following software packages: (microsoft project, excel, word and powerpoint). Fluent in english. Additional information our inspired people share our vision and mission.
