E-Visa immigration is a canadian company that was born from the desire to help people from all over the world to study, work, visit or immigrate to canada, temporarily or love supporting our clients in their endeavours the best way possible. We are looking for a professional that shares the same passion to help others build their an education consultant at e-Visa immigration services, you will perform the duties and responsibilities which are customary to this position and reasonably necessary to fulfill the objectives of the position and which are further described below:- Educational consultation (20 min. Or 40 min. - Google meet, skype, in person, or phone call).- Organize documents related to clients and prospects.- Update the systems - Edvisor, google drive, salesforce, acuity, and spreadsheets.- Send quotes and contracts.- Follow-Up on clients.- Contact the schools directly for updates or questions.- Update and send a monthly report as an educational consultant.- Lead with and convert dissatisfied customers.- Help to improve internal processes and systems.- Promote and sell the companys services.- Find and let the senior consultant manage relationships with partners and schools.- Find and manage relationships with other departments in the company and with immigration consultants.- Visit schools, organize, and attend events, work on to keep relationships with schools and partners.- Prepare sales strategies for our education services and let the senior consultant manage.- Provide any reports needed to the senior management or administrative area.- Let the senior consultant know any interested new partners with education institutions.- Let the senior consultant know any ideia regarding the marketing department in order to create and promote the company and our services.- Support in the creation of content for social media with the marketing team.- Participate and record videos for youtube, instagram, facebook, among others.- Support the communication team in their demands and types: full-Time, permanentapplication question(s):- Are you able to work in a home office setting?Experience:- 2 years (preferred)Language:- English (required).
