Fp&A senior analyst1.1 introductionventos de sao zacarias is looking for a hands-On fp&A analyst needed to support the companys management team in its daily operations. We are seeking an fp&A analyst to join our renewable energy company. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both traditional financial planning and analysis activities as well as provide crucial support to our credit facility management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong financial background, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for sustainability and renewable energy.1.2 role descriptionas an fp&A analyst within our renewable energy company, you will play a vital role in shaping our financial trajectory and ensuring the success of our sustainability-Driven initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass both traditional fp&A functions and integral support for our credit facility management. You will collaborate with diverse teams to develop insightful financial plans, closely monitor performance, and provide strategic recommendations to guide senior management decisions. Your expertise will extend to credit facility compliance, where you will contribute to documentation, financial reporting, and cash flow projections. 1.3 main responsibilities credit facility managemento play a pivotal role in supporting the companys credit facility by ensuring compliance with terms, covenants, and reporting requirements.O assist in the preparation of documentation, financial statements, and disclosures for lenders and stakeholders as required by the credit facility agreement.O work closely with treasury and accounting teams to manage cash flow projections, debt schedules, and interest expense calculations. Financial planning and analysis:o collaborate with cross-Functional teams to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-Term financial plans that align with the companys strategic objectives.O monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to inform decision-Making by senior management.O prepare comprehensive financial reports, variance analysis, and executive-Level presentations to communicate financial insights and recommendations.O communicate financial performance, forecasts, and insights to senior leadership, helping them understand the financial implications of business decisions. Forecasting and scenario planning:o develop and maintain financial models that integrate various financial and operational metrics to facilitate forecasting and scenario analysis.O collaborate with operational teams to develop detailed revenue and cost forecasts based on market trends, operational performance, and regulatory changes in the renewable energy sector.O create scenario-Based financial models to assess the impact of different market conditions and business strategies on the companys financial job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the position and is not exhaustive. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.1.4 education, experience, and essential skills: bachelors degree in finance, administration, economics, or a related field. 3-5 year proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the renewable energy or utilities sector. Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling techniques. Familiarity with credit facility management and reporting requirements is highly desirable. Proficiency in financial software (e.G., excel, financial modeling tools) and erp systems experience with data visualization tools is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-Solving, and communication skills. Fluent in english and portuguese. Demonstrated ability to drive financial clarity and insights, fostering a culture of informed decision-Making.
