Coorditante activitito administer squads / teamtodas as vagas são elegíveis a pessoas com deficiência ou reabilitadasrequired technical and professional expertise- Strong experience in leading distributed large size team (at least 300+ servers and 20+ ftes)- Proven experience in effective people management and leading mult-Cultural teams across 6 different geographies- Strong experience in project management solution implementations, processes, methods and tools. Experience in creating and delivering project level documentation (ie, client briefs, reports, etc.)- Demonstrated ability to shape and lead large, complex, multi-Competency squad with aix, rhel and windows operating systems, and ace, mq, db2, sql server and was middleware- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross functional teams to achieve project objectives- Strong knowledge of it project management methodologies, ie. Agile, scrum, waterfall with the ability to tailor approaches to meet the project requirements- Experience engaging stakeholders to define, document and review requirements, ensuring effective communication and alignment- Work in close cooperation with the product owner, managers, peers and cross functional teams to meet existing and evolving product and business objectives- Deep experience in security standards implementation and auditing- Mitigate and impediments that may hinder the teams progress fostering an environment conducive to completing projects and changes on time- Teaming with existing account team leadership to facilitate account roadmaps- Established history combining deep industry-Centric, technical leadership, success stories and points of view on it modernization- Knowledge and abiity to design and improve organizational it structures in order to improve the business operational support- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering innovative solutions- Experience with cloud and data center migrations, high availability implementations, network infrastructure technologies including f5 load balancing and firewall appliances / services, storage solutions, backup strategies, data protection and monitoring tools like dynatrace and splunk- Proficiency with microsoft power point, word & excel, jira, service now and collaboration tools mural and slack- Fluent in english preferred technical and professional expertisefluent in spanish, written and spoken.
