This is an exciting time to be joining hcl software, as we expand, invest and will you be doing:act as an technology leader to ensure ams management, working with itil and itsm tools as service nowco-Ordination with on-Site it engineers and attending customer callsraising risks, issues and escalation to senior management and customercreate all quality documents, collect metrics data and conducting audits to perform value creation and km project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standardsensure process improvement and compliance, and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documentsqualifications ans experience minimum of 5 years experience as it team leader / management in amsminimum background of 5 years experience as it business analystknowledge in itil and itsm tools as service nowknowledge in agile is a differentialadvanced english is mandatoryknowledge/experience in fertilizer, agro and mining companies is a great differentialpreferred skills/abilities:excellent communication and organizational skillsgreat technical and business communicationhands on - Ability to perform both roles, it leader and business analystdetais oriented, focus on management projects and time managementability to work as a team player and motivate the team to achieve organizational goals fonte: talent_dynamic-Ppcárea: outros / outros empregos.
