[empresa confidencial] labs is looking for a senior data architect - Team lead to work with our data and machine learning platform - [empresa confidencial] carol (). You will be helping us to implement several use cases for the most diverse industries (healthcare, manufacturing, retail, agriculture, etc) and will also help us to improve our platform - [empresa confidencial] carol. ?responsibilitiespartner with the product, platform and data engineering teams to drive data vision, strategy, and execution that meets the technology and business needs;partner with the platform team to evolve our highly scalable core data element architecture and build a data fabric foundation for [empresa confidencial];design and develop data pipeline solutions from ingestion to etl, data transformation and data consumption;partner with development teams in the data design of complex solutions and ensure that they are in alignment with the data architecture principles, standards, strategies, and target states;enforce data architecture standards, procedures and policies to ensure consistency across different program and project implementations;adopt industry leading technologies to support best-In-Class business capabilities for high performance computing and data storage solutions;be a thought leader around all things data, reviewing current and future needs alongside the executive team;lead the data engineering team, providing mentoring and help the team to grow. ? Qualifications:bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, ee, eee, statistics, math, industrial engineering, operational research, physics, financial engineering, or related stem fields. Advanced degree preferred;proficient in english written and spoken;5 years of data architecture experience in a large complex data ecosystem, domain expertise with complex high-Tech environments; 4 years of building both traditional and cloud native architectures and big data platforms in support of digital transformation;4 years of experience in industry 4.0 initiatives and/or other aspects of corporate data management; e.G. Data governance, data security, ai/ml, data ops;current hands-On experience with industry leading data management tools that support the data lifecycle, and capable of setting and driving long term data architecture roadmaps in alignment with corporate strategic objectives; current hands-On experience with one or more relational sql and nosql databases, ideally with postgresql, hive and presto;experience with data pipeline platforms e.G., luigi and dataflow;experience supporting and working with cross-Functional teams in a dynamic environment;5 years of experience with python;strong analytical skills and algorithmic problem-Solving skills. ?[empresa confidencial] carol stack:+ high-Throughput and highly-Scalable java microservices built on top of dropwizard.+ batch data processing with apache beam, google dataflow, spark+ effective and reliable data storage using block storage (gcs), sql (postgres), and nosql databases.+ streaming/real-Time data processing with google pub/sub, dataflow, apache flink and kafka+ blazing-Fast analytics using presto and deltalake.+ full-Text search capabilities powered by elasticsearch.+ infrastructure as a code on terraform, backed by docker and kubernetes.
