As a computer vision scientist you willidentity relevant problems that can be solved by using computer implement, and deploy scalable computer vision explore, develop, and help productionizing new business and customer requirements to deployable computer vision solutions. Continuously engage technical and business stakeholders in the process. Identify synergies between computer vision and other ai areas such as nlp, conversational ai including chatbots, erp analytics, and traditional tabular data analytics. Design, develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning / computer vision the potential of the immense stream of data that goes through latin americas largest software company. Help us to evolve our machine learning platform - Carol. Ideal candidatestrong knowledge about statistics and machine learning experience with python and associated basic ml packages and libraries such as scikit-Learn, pandas, and understanding of computer vision advances including convolutional neural networks, face and image recognition advances, video understanding, generative adversarial networks, and model compression/distillation techniques for mobile applications. Practical experience with computer vision frameworks such as opencv and mobile computer vision frameworks such as in other areas of machine learning beyond computer vision such as boosting and ensemble methods for tabular data, nlp applications including conversational ai and document/text analysis is a strong bonus. Experience with deep learning tools and frameworks (tensorflow, keras, pytorch, caffe, etc.)familiarity with cloud technologies such as google cloud platform, microsoft azure, or coding and software engineering skills including scaling deployed computer vision models and development of production apis and no/low-Code interfaces for machine learning. Degree in a technical major e.G., computer science, engineering, math, physics or in other relevant quantitative fields. Intellectually curious, collaborative, self-Motivated and a fast learner that’s comfortable working in a dynamic environment tackling challenging communication, presentation, and writing skills in relevant experience in the industry.
