As an nlp & data scientist you will:identity relevant problems that can be solved by using machine learningdesign and implement machine learning modelsresearch, explore, develop, and help productionizing new algorithmstranslate business and customer requirements to deployable nlp solutions (with large multi-Language text corpus), bots, and erp applications. Continuously engage technical and business stakeholders in the process. Unlock the potential of the immense stream of data that goes through latin americas largest software company. Help us to evolve our machine learning platform - Carol Ideal candidate:strong knowledge about statistics and machine learning;strong experience with python and associated ml packages and libraries such as scikit-Learn, pandas, numpy, nltk, gensim, spacy, and apache opennlp;experience with boosting and ensemble methods for tabular data;practical experience with nlp applications such as document clustering/classification/summarization, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, user intent detection, and text processing;solid understanding of sequence learning techniques with rnn/cnns and recent nlp breakthroughs such as attention models, transformers, generalized language models, gpt, and bert; and their applications to areas such as document classification, search, chatbots, and question answering;experience with deep learning tools and frameworks (tensorflow, keras, pytorch, caffe, etc.);familiarity with cloud technologies such as google cloud platform, microsoft azure, or aws;degree in a technical major e.G., computer science, engineering, math, physics or in other relevant quantitative fields;strong coding and software engineering skills;intellectually curious, collaborative, self-Motivated and a fast learner that’s comfortable working in a dynamic environment tackling challenging problems;strong communication, presentation, and writing skills in english;previous relevant experience in the industry is a strong bonus.
