As a technical product manager, you will help design and build our wildlife platform, which aims to facilitate our customers to create, manage and operate mobile games. Your primary focus will be on our platform backoffice, the set of capabilities that is responsible for the low-Level infrastructure and infrastructure services that host our games. Our platform backoffice is the component that allows our software engineers to create and operate their backend applications, track and control builds, and deploy them into different cloud environments. It is a platform to manage our sdlc and its underlying infrastructure resources & services, with the main goal of making things simple, standardized, programmatic, repeatable, and governable.
What youll do
Sink your teeth into the more technical parts of the product strategy
Form close working relationships with software development, engineering, infrastructure, and networking teams
Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements
Support roadmap creation and prioritization
Perform customer research and user story creation
Understand, research, and follow technical trends in the industry and in general
Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer community
Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance
Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation
What youll need
Preferably, a former engineer or computer science major
Proven experience in technical product management
Customer-Centric, business-Focused mindset
Ability to work well with internal technical teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations
Excellent written communication skills
Fluent english
Strong technical background on:
Software development lifecycle: a deep understanding of agile software development, from local environments, testing, deployment into production to maintenance.
Deep understanding of continuous integration and deployment
Experience with software architecting
Experience working with infrastructure services, such as relational and non-Relational databases, object storages, caches, and streams.
Experience with software products with multiple interfaces, such as web uis, apis, and/or clis
