And we need your help to get us there!We are looking for aproduct managerto help build the next generation of delivery experience. As a product manager at lalamove, you will set okrs and prioritise product ideas to fuel our companys strategic goal. On this team, you will work with a group of passionate and talented engineers, designers, and data scientists to solve some of the most challenging problems the company is facing. You will need to wear many hats, work smart and iterate youll do:understand (and create) business strategy and direction using data and research to build for the futureintegrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements and wireframes to enhance user experiencework closely with the other members of the product team and other internal stakeholdersbreak down key projects and prioritise features to maximise roicommunicate clearly to product and leadership on the plans, data and resultsbuild creative and cost-Effective solutions with members of the platform and cross-Functional teamsdrive full-Stack product development with a team of talented engineers, designers and data scientistswhat youll need:ba/bs in a technical/business field such as computer science, management, or economics experience in product management/development on mobile or web platforms proven ability to bring simplicity and measurable results to complex, ambiguous situationsentrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-Paced environmentability to wear both hats (business and technical) to communicate to stakeholdersstrong analytical thinkingwillingness to roll-Up sleeves and do the dirty workopen to travel to other countries to better understand usersbonus points if youve built your own mobile or web applicationfluency in english and chinese (cantonese or mandarin) candidates with less or no experience will be considered as product operations associateto all candidates- Lalamove respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal notice will inform you how we will use your personal data, explain your privacy rights and the protection you have by the law when you apply to join us.
