Senior qa/qc manager - Metal industry join our dynamic project management team for delivering large scale projects with the metal industry. Sepam has expertise in engineering, and project management, sepam forged its reputation for excellence in the heavy metal industry. Sepam has the ability to deliver project management solutions for small to medium-Sized projects, while for the larger scale and mega projects, we collaborate with major project management and engineering procurement construction companies to deliver the projects successfully and safely. Job opportunity: we are hiring a sr. Qaqc manager that can assist our project management team to drive the project successfully, with a strong, solid background in program & project management. Key responsibilities & accountabilities: qa/qc manager is responsible for implementing the quality system on the project. Review and approve contractor project quality plans, oversee, train, and counsel project quality staff, to ensure consistency of auditing and execution against project quality specifications and standards. Agree to a quality audit plan in accordance with specifications, execute project audits, and ensure audit goals are met. Consolidate, analyse, and reports key audit data on a regularly to ensure compliance and conformance. Identify areas for improvement and use disciplined problem-Solving techniques to implement and correct/prevent non-Conformance. Improve process control through improved process capability and error-Proofing. Continuously improve quality control procedures and protocols for region wide change management. Continuously identify opportunities for process efficiencies within the audit and quality control workflow. Provide training and support to stakeholders on quality control processes, specifications, and best practices. Ensure a strong, experienced, professional, and capable team is in place and trained. Essential requirements: degree and professionally qualified. Should have at least 15 years or more experience. Previous experience in program and project management companies, especially in metal industry. Carries strong people skills. Has very strong communication skills and fluency in english.
