Gamaya, a prominent and rapidly growing swiss-Brazilian company, active in the field of smart farming, is seeking an experienced, result-Oriented, and tech-Savvy client operations coordinator to oversee customer operations and product delivery. You will be joining our growing commercial team, dealing with new and existing customers to ensure technical operations and product delivery, and interacting with gamayas product owners, agronomists, and the technical team to help further develop our products for the sugarcane industry globally. Responsibilities: support customers in the processes of product implementation, reply on technical queries. Work with customers data to ensure that it is compliant with gamayas sw requirements and transformed into standard format, analyze the processes of handling raw data and suggest improvements. Coordination of data processing, providing quality assurance for our product. Take active part in the product testing processes and work together with software testers to ensure the high quality of product and customer satisfaction. Provide support to our customer-Facing team during the technical pre-Sales process, support customer success team if required. Requirements must-Haves bachelors or masters degree (preferably in agricultural engineering, environmental sciences and engineering, geospatial data science or other similarly related fields) solid understanding and experience with remote sensing and geospatial data (satellite, plane or drone provisions), and image processing/quality control agronomic and/or sugarcane experience is important intermediate gis knowledge is a minimum required basic programming skills (R / python) are must experience with technical operations, digital products, manipulating/configuring, demonstrating web and mobile apps, saas products native portuguese speaker with fluent english fluent spanish is a plus excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to collaborate with colleagues in different locations and areas nice-To-Haves experience with api tech savvy or technical understanding of digital products: data-Driven software products, gis, remote sensing, drone operations/flights agile (scrum) (interact with product owners, agile software development teams, write user stories, jira/confluence) some experience in digital agriculture, knowledge of the sugarcane market is a big plus become part of a young & innovative swiss- And brazilian-Based company work with an international team of scientists and engineers be a part of the sustainable future of agriculture enjoy the dynamic and international environment.
