Sound interesting?Then come in and join our team as servicenow team mission and responsibilities:lead/build a diverse team of technical individuals and analysts who have a shared passion to deliver technology and solutions to our customers and help us achieve our transformational tasks and responsibilities:build a team of servicenow experts (test management, architects, developers, analysts etc..) to support the sense helios customer service transition it service management best practices and ensures governance of the servicenow instance(s).Responsible for resource management of the workforce to enable effective operation of the organization/department, including decision on acquiring/releasing employees and optimum performance of your team by providing individuals guidance in development of their skills and performance targets and monitor progress by providing continuous and effective feedback through siemens healthineers plp work with other it coes within and outside of cs it including external service provider responsibilities and/or assignments for accuracy and quality. Ensure upskilling of colleagues through trainings, for teams adherence to shs quality management and qualifications and experience:- Fluent in english- Customer oriented and open-Minded- Experience with leading / implementing servicenow projects, preferably in areas of customer service and field service management.- Hands-On experience in servicenow highly desirable- Proven experience of building and managing diverse it teams from scratch.- Experience in service delivery using professional methodologies and framework (ex.
