As a senior human resources business partner (hrbp), where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizations success through strategic hr leadership by collaborating closely with executive leadership and business stakeholders to drive innovative human resources strategies that fuel growth, enhance employee engagement, and align with our business objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering a thriving workplace culture and guiding talent development. We know that the work we do has a high impact on our companys success and culture. What youll do strategic partnership: collaborate with senior leadership to align hr strategies with business goals, offering insights and recommendations to enhance organizational performance. Organizational development: lead efforts to optimize organizational structure, change management, and development initiatives for improved efficiency and effectiveness. Talent management: oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, and career development programs to nurture a high-Performing and engaged workforce. Performance management: execute performance evaluation processes, providing guidance to managers on performance improvement and recognition. Employee relations: address employee relations matters, ensuring fair treatment, conflict resolution, and adherence to legal requirements. Compensation and benefits: contribute to compensation planning, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation packages while managing costs. Hr analytics: utilize data-Driven insights to assess hr program effectiveness, identify trends, and guide decision-Making for continuous improvement. Change management: lead hr initiatives during organizational changes, maintaining employee morale and productivity through effective communication and support. What youll need significant experience (10 years) in progressively responsible hr roles, including business partnering and leadership experience. Background in a global and fast paced environment. Fluent in english. Spanish is a plus deep understanding of various hr functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and hr compliance. They should also be knowledgeable about current hr trends, best practices, and relevant employment laws.
