About the role: we are looking for a staff manager to manage one or more medium/large projects, typically to deliver a specific product or transformation via a multi-Disciplinary, highly skilled engineering team. Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. You must have: 3 years of experience as people manager, including performance improvement planning, attrition management, terminations, etc. Solid experience with financials, budget management. Solid technical expertise / it industry background. Solid experience with agile methodologies. Demonstrated ability to multitask. Problem solving oriented. Advanced english level.
