As senior hr analyst, you will build strong relationships with colleagues, offer hr expertise and coaching on people issues. Your responsibilities will include amongst others:
Recruitment: be responsible of the full recruitment cycle of diverse profiles in the team that include posting job, filtering cvs and handle first screening calls.
Onboarding: prepare the onboarding of new joiners and ensure they understand all expectations and the opportunities open to them.
Learning and development: participate in developing internal company procedures and best practices.
Compensation and benefits: participate in the new compensation and benefits plan.
Progression and performance: handle reports and engagement surveys to understand employees needs and career aspirations.
Retain/exit: manage exit offboardings and analyze data.
Other responsibilities such as: maintain, control, and update complex personal information in different administration systems, coordinate training requirements and organize with external trainings companies.
Requirements
An advanced level of english and portuguese. Other languages are a plus.
3-4 years previous experience in hr in a similar role and a strong knowledge in brazilian labour laws
Being undergraduate or postgraduate from majors such as human resources, psychology, international organization management, sociology, etc.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Cultural awareness and ability to work within a team.
Great multitasking skills
Passionate about international education
Sensitivity to cultural, gender-Based, religious, racial, national, and age differences
