Solutions manager (apc) are you looking for new challenges in your career?Valmet automation systems has this opportunity in valmet sorocaba/brazil for you!For this position you will be responsible for:- Elaborate targets and kpis, evaluate the business performance, define growth actions. Guarantee the plan implementation.- Report product home and head of area about business development, need to improvements, training, market trend and customer needs to maintain innovation and leadership in valmet.- Support sales team to identify new opportunities and prioritize them by being informed about market trends and opportunities, customer situations, needs and pains. Technical support to sales team by creating solutions and helping them to identify customer potentials in order to succeed in sales cases. Ensure the best competitive technical and commercial solutions.- Support prices, solutions and business model definition of the portfolio during sales phase. Process study to present roi to customer, negotiate performance contract kpis and analyze financial conditions for projects/contracts.-- Define marketing actions to guarantee a strong valmet image, maintain market up to date and promote the portfolio.- Support operations and service department during the project execution and implementation. Guarantee customer satisfaction. Follow team activities and performance. Monitor progress to ensure assigned tasks are completed in accordance with time, cost and technical objectives. Ensures that customer service activities are routinely reported and submitted in a timely manner.- Coordinate team development by organizing trainings and seminars. Promote team network so one can learn from each other and encourage continuous information exchange in order to build a team of excellence, ensuring that best practices are spread.- Guarantee that the team is following safety rules and procedures and provide/organize related trainings when needed.- Plan and control resource addition, to succeed in this position, you should have:- Bachelors degree in chemical, automation and electric engineering.- Experience in advanced process control.- Solid knowledge in valmet dna.- Fluent english (speak, written and read).- Spanish desirable.- Availability to work in sorocaba/brazil area.- Availability for travels.- Excellent organization and complex solution analysis skills.- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills in our multilevel customer organization.- Ability to develop and maintain relationship within multilevel customer organization.- Organizational skills with a problem-Solving offer:we offer you an exciting and challenging job in a global environment and opportunities for professional development.
