Understand business needs and opportunities to drive desired change in our sales culture.

Create measurements that represent our business model.

Identify gaps and opportunities between regions by developing models and scorecards.

Lead customer portfolio management process.
Customer portfolio management process is the process that supports our sales force to serve our customers (involve research, set up goals, evaluate customers behaviors, segmentation, etc.).

Share expertise with other parts of the bu and platform (processes, information, conclusions trends).
Supporting sales force and product lines: .
Work very closely with regional managers to create scorecards adapted to their business needs.

Lead the customer account planning process, keeping it very tight to our segmentation and customer portfolio management processes.

Communicate to our origination team and management team performance measurements in order to analyse the trends and changes that need to be done in our commercial strategy.

Develop understanding in our origination team of how value is created by capacitating them on total value created concepts (how much value a purchased ton can create to cargill).

Guide product lines managers about their market penetration and development with analysis and reports.

Identify product improvement opportunities and product portfolio composition through the analysis of measurements made by region / by customer/ by product.
Customer focus: .
Understand customer needs to help product lines and sales teams to provide them with better solutions.
Customer understanding will be based on interviews, surveys and personal assessments as well as interaction with our sales force.
