Main activities: - Support product manager with the annual brand marketing plan and new product launches to deliver results including sales and analytics support.- Provide administrative and logístical support for all marketing events, as required by the marketing team, and manage the processing and monitoring of purchase orders.- Provide analysis on marketing performance using salesforce and other tools, analyze the results of marketing investment, provide insights and recommendations to decision makers.- Interact with the global/international marketing organization to deploy marketing material including translation coordination, adjustments and local approvals- Suggest and lead continuous process improvements on marketing process activities to streamline process with internal organizations- Interface with social, media agency to develop and execute marketing campaigns with new ideas in a timely manner.- Track and control marketing expenses (actual and forecast) in accordance with budget (samples control, promotional materials, congress/events, etc)- Work with the finance team to ensure payments to providers are in accordance with contracts/posmain skills:- Excellence in execution- Problem solving- Analytical skills- Teamwork- Good communicationexperience:- Experience in marketing activities, business intelligence or related areas- Experience in project management, marketing events organization, expenses and payment control.- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in english- Ms excel: advanced.
