Booking a free trial class. Helping students connect with the teacher for a free trial class. Answering questions of parents in a timely manner providing teachers, students and parents with guidance and support through various channels (tickets, chat & phone) at high-Quality level gathering feedback from students and parents. Experiências: skill required: entry level position: previous experiences, especially in customer service, are welcome but not required excellent proficiency in written and spoken portuguese; english skills are a plus proven ability to prioritize busy workloads and must be good at multitasking.
