About the role: ... Become a customer service agent and play a key role in shaping the betfair international customer experience! Youll be part of a dynamic team responsible for handling all customer inquiries across various channels like phone, email, live chat, social media, and even telephone betting. What youll do: Be a customer champion! Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries while providing exceptional service. Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure complex problems are resolved efficiently. Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and personalized interaction. Identify and escalate recurring customer issues to enhance the overall customer experience. Continuously contribute to improving bfis customer service approach. What were looking for: A passionate and fluent portuguese and english speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Minimum of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-Paced, multi-Channel environment. Proficiency in microsoft office suite (word, excel) and comfortable using the internet. A genuine interest and knowledge of sports and gaming products. The ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy. A team player with a can-Do attitude and a willingness to learn. Adaptability and flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, including evenings, weekends, and potentially nights depending on business needs.
