Customer support agentyour role Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, social media or chat Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives follow up to ensure resolution ... Direct unresolved requests and issues to internal departments and follow up to ensure resolution Update our internal databases with information and record inquiries, comments and complaints Enhance customer experience by gathering customer feedback and share with our product teamsrequirements Fluency in portuguese Fluency in english (verbal and written) is a nice- Have Experience as a customer support agent or similar cs role is appreciated Familiarity with our industry is a plus Customer-Oriented approach with excellent communication and problem-Solving skills Ability to multi-Task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Computer literacy Flexibility to work on shift rotation 24/7 benefits our employees are our most important asset and thats reflected in the way we treat our people!
