Job title: advogado especialista em contratos de construção e projetos overview our company is seeking an experienced lawyer to handle the drafting and negotiation of complex construction and implementation contracts including epc, bos, bot, bop, equipment supply and associated contracts, and similar contractual modalities. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of project implementation, including engineering and construction contracts, long-Term maintenance and services contracts, owner engineering contracts, international equipment supply contracts, and related worksite documents and notifications. Responsibilities developing and negotiating complex construction and implementation contracts, including epc, bos, bot, bop, equipment supply, and associated contracts handling operation and maintenance contracts, long-Term services contracts, and owner engineering contracts managing international equipment supply contracts drafting worksite documents and notifications related to construction projects requirements experience in energy and construction industries, or related contracting specialists expertise in complex engineering works, epc contracts, and international supply contracts proven expertise in negotiating contracts in english graduate degree in law (active brazilian bar association license) advanced fluency in english.
