Main accountabilities: leadingfull end-To-End compliance with clients S2P global process model and global financial controlsframework, including interfaces with corporate & external audit (kpmg) leadingend-To-End S2P service delivery performance & process improvement with the finance,procurement and ibm teams leadingmonthly service delivery performance governance meetings with ibm and the countries analysing& reporting on S2P global kpis while continuously challenging performance todrive improvement in the countries providingoverall project delivery leadership to land global S2P process improvement andtransformation projects (including disruptive digital projects) in the countries performingdue diligence and cost benefit analysis at country level for global processimprovement and transformation projects managingthe relationship with ibm (A/P third party service provider) with the right balancebetween creating accountability and strong visible partnership, while ensuringfinancial control & process model compliance within the countries and buildingcollaborative business partnering relationships with the financial controller,procurement director and their teams as well as other functional areas asrequired. Requirements key skills: strongcommunication & presentation skills in both english & spanish stronganalytical skills convertsambiguity into solutions financebusiness partnering demonstrateddigital mindset projectmanagement skills & experience beneficial graduateaccounting or finance degree with 4-6 years of experience with financeprocesses, systems and business partnering mobileto develop bfs and latam finance career experiencein leading large cross-Functional teams without hierarchy hands-Onexperience with sap fi, coupa, concur or appzen business systems beneficial at thoucentric, we work on various problemstatements.
