Operations director (1 vaga) lead and coach the operations managers to build motivated and high performing teams. Implement and drive incentives to create a sales driven culture from the front line team to senior management. Drive excellent brand and operational standards, monitoring adherence and recognising achievement thereby ensuring the excellent performance across all internal and external audits lead and drive productivity, profit conversion and sales across all units, ensuring the control of cash and operating costs across all regions. Conduct monthly business and financial reviews with operations managers and identify areas to improve overall business performance, ensuring follow-up of any agreed actions. Ensure that legal and company requirements are consistently adhered to in respect of health and hygiene, licensing laws, trade description and employment law, sales of goods, fire regulations, personnel & training procedures contribute to the overall strategy and success of the operations team across all categories work in partnership with all support functions creating a collaborative culture to achieve the best outcomes for the business. Develop and maintain excellent client relationships with rail/airport landlords and key contacts. Develop and maintain relationships with our brand partners in particular the m&s brand model the company values at all times. Ensure relevant development plans are in place for team and reviews on a regular basis actively promote new company initiatives and implement fully. Drive a high performance culture where accountability and responsibilty is embraced. Drive business performance to achieve ebitda and company goals continually contributes and works towards improving operational excellence creates a culture of open discussion and trust.
