Req id:7623job family:hr - Hr generalistlocation:riooffice, bradditional location:- The human resourcebusiness partner adds value to the business leadership team on humanresource related issues to ensure that sbm can achieve competitiveadvantage through its human capital strategy.- You are the linemanagers day-To-Day single point of contact for all human resourcerelated matters, ensuring a strong focus on sbms values as well as along(er) term human capital view.- The hrbp leads change managementinitiatives compliant with (local and global) law & legislation andaligned with sbm tools, instruments and procedures (within the remit).You are also the local partner for hr expertise areas in thesuccessful implementation/ execution/ monitoring of policies,processes and projects.- Role requirements- Relevant experience inmultiple hr disciplines, including performance management, building ahigh performance culture, employee relations, employeeengagement.- Working knowledge of hr operations including newhire on-Boarding, facilitating performance evaluation, and dataconsolidation /management of employee workload balance.- Stronglogical communication ability and a strategic, problem solvingmindset.- Ability to work in a fast moving environment of arapidly growing company.- Fluency in english..#J-18808-Ljbffr #J-18808-Ljbffr.
