Marketing digital technology manager. We are looking for a professional with strong it background to understand business requirementsprocesses and identify business technology and/or process opportunities, working with businessit managers to devp, implement and maintain solutions which deliver business value within agreed timelines and budget. So, if pace of change and an opportunity to make a real impact shaping a new category excites you and you have extensive experience in it e-commerce transformation as well as digital marketing, this might be the role for you. Main objectivelead the definition and landing of global initiatives into supported markets to build and leverage business knowledge about marketing functions to embed in the marketing function the innovation and digital mindset, looking for opportunities to drive value through the exploitation of new technologies and leverage of other company initiatives drive the discussion of a global review of marketing processes aiming for a proposal for processes harmonization and system response to it, where it drives value establishing the contribution that technology can make to business objectives using a range of techniques identifying and obtaining agreement on the requirements/features which will be most beneficial to the business providing input to and/or assist in ensuring compliance with agreed best practices preparing account plans, budget proposals and maintenance of it strategies identifying and raising issues impacting the execution understanding the overall enterprise architecture and assess degree of conformance of existing and new business processes. Responsibilities will include the candidate should be a fast thinker/quick learner and possess the ability to work effectively under pressure in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlinescandidate should have demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and capable of influencing across the organization candidate should have excellent prioritization skills as they will need to manage multiple high-level time sensitive priorities ability to utilize input from across many functions to devp comprehensive analysis that devps decision recommendations to senior management excellent presentation skills required this role will require the candidate to understand complex projects and devp succinct presentations for senior management that encapsulate all important items and support the decision making process individual will be involved in management of special projects. Requirementsbusiness-facing it experience in a global environment, preferably with a degree in an it-related disciplineability to interpret the business it and functional strategiesextensive and substantial practical experience in interpreting business process management and business metricsadvanced english and portugueseability to clearly and concisely communicate results primary location: Rio de janeiro/brazil
