This is one of many reasons why efg is a magical workplace, where anything is possible, and where you will thrive and experience a game-Changing career reporting to the senior creator partnerships, the faceit creator partnership manager will be responsible for developing and managing effective relationships with game publishers, game developers, creators, and other key strategic partners. What you will do? Build long-Term relationships with content creators, competition organizers, local communities, and other potential strategic partners assist them with the planning and execution of their projects on the faceit platform collaborate with senior management and other teams to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships develop a pipeline of opportunities for launches in new games and regions by mapping out esports ecosystems and its key stakeholders and communities/organizers connect with key stakeholders of the gaming ecosystem to identify and pitch partnership integration opportunities keep great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership tracking, management, and reporting of key performance metrics and goals to internal stakeholders and partners related to the success and execution of partnerships and projects develop long-Term goals and strategies for the team together with partnerships managers requirements: good understanding of the esports ecosystem advanced knowledge of tournament management and formats for popular esports titles good analytical and organizational skills good communication skills experience with using the microsoft/google suite (excel, word, powerpoint) ability to multitask and divide time among multiple ongoing projects fluency in spoken and written english bonus points: being accustomed to the faceit platform having an existing network within the gaming ecosystem strong presentation skills fluent in other languages (non-English).
