Topsides project engineer services - Mainly onshore with offshore missions. Profile: locals only. Estimated contract duration: 24 months with 1 option of 1 year extension activities qhse - Through his behavior and the work, the service will ensure compliance of topside activities with company qhse policy, rules, guidelines, and specifications, and with subsidiarys qhse management system and the respect of the local regulation. - The service shall perform his/her activities in compliance with the hse management system, aligned with one maestro principles and oriented to safeguard the integrity of people, the environment and companys assets and reputation. - He will have to contribute to qhse permanent performance improvement and will have to participate actively to an ambitious hse culture deployment. - He will also attend regular offshore visit during the integration work activities on the fpso. Company project: - To take an active part in all technical process reviews for topside discipline. - Ensure all along the project execution a good coordination with operations team, including an efficient communication and proper alignment on the technical solutions implemented and support to be provided. - To highlight any deviation to contract specifications and as well look for optimization and good enough design. - Organize and participate to weekly, monthly, and ad-Hoc meetings with topsides contractor. - To technically review acceptance of topsides and subsea contractors technical queries for topside discipline. - To liaise with surf and sps packages as requested for all topside interfaces. - To assist topsides lead on specific transverse topics. - Review and comment engineering documents related to topsides. - Shall point the observed problems in the design out and propose alternative solutions. - Contribute to the definition of the commissioning strategy. - Pre-Com/commissioning preparation and execution integrating the fops personnel who will execute the start-Up. - To review procurement, fabrication, execution, pre-Commissioning and commissioning schedules/timelines and ensure that these remain consistent with project milestones and operational constraints. - To focus on the topside delivery and promote transverse discussion during execution phase. - Coordinate internal interfaces with all other concerned contractor departments (engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning). - Review the project construction procedures. Service description - - Resident in brazil rio de janeiro, company offices (incl regular offshore site visits to the fpso). - First operated asset for company and strategy asset for company. - Brown fields environment, with activities carried out in simops mode. - Rapidly increasing level of activity in a multi-Cultural setting. - Ability to communicate in an international context with multi-Disciplinary teams. Ability to adapt and to manage efficiently several activities in parallel. Accountabilities this service is foreseen for the entire project duration and will cover the following aspects: - Finalization of the detail engineering, implementation, commissioning, and start-Up phase activities. - At the end of the detail engineering, supervision of the offshore activities for the topside discipline on board the fpso. The service is based in rio de janeiro (topsides contractor and company offices) with frequent missions on request: onshore and offshore. Required qualifications and experience - Engineer with solid fpso / construction background strong experience as a minimum. - The s e r v i c e will have both engineering and construction skills, including knowledge of pre-Commissioning and commissioning activities. - Experience in brown field project and familiar with field operation requirements. - Good communication skills, organizational skills and positive attitude. - Good english level (minimum of level 3 on the bright test).
