Mission:we are looking for talent development & learning analyst to help our employees advance their skills and knowledge. In this role, you should be passionate about helping people learn and grow. Ultimately, you will help our company succeed by training and developing its activities:- End to end execution of internal event series from speaker shortlisting to organizing, planning meetings to managing all external and internal communication to final session planning and flawless execution + post execution feedback.- Administrate the learning platforms and and any other tm systems available for all tag employees in following group guidelines and practices running reports and preparing data while analyzing trends.- Designing and implementing a variety of learning and developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials.- Create and execute learning strategies and programs according to the needs of our internal clients. Play the role of an active learning facilitator and coach. Must deliver global programmes or innitiatives flawlessly in the local language and context.- Assessing performance gaps, analyzing learning needs, designing, and developing customer-Centric solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs.- Work closely with stakeholders on key strategic priorities provide input into aligning talent development strategy with business goals.- Demonstrate initiative in gathering feedback and data from practitioners, improving learning and development programs, and constantly moving learning to the next level.- Enjoy visibility as you collaborate with others across the organization as an impactful team member within talent management.- Proven experience in designing multiple learning events in a corporate setting- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.G. Coaching, job-Shadowing, online training)- Design and deliver e-Learning courses, workshops and other trainings.- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning masters degree in organizational psychology, organizational development, or business administration with l&d. Should have delivered workshops and courses. Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity building fluency speaking, listening, reading and writing is a must communication skills, especially with large management & a demonstrated ability to to collaborate with and outside the function to drive acumen - An ability to understand the business metrics / key drivers to drive appropriate decisions/actions that lead to business to think outside the box and creative proficiency in office and business administration be creative in content planning and designing and communication strategiessuperb analytical and time-Management candidates are welcome to join our recruiting process fonte: talent_dynamic-Ppcárea: outros / outros empregos.
