As an employer we provide supportive space to pursue your ideas)_- We are taking care of the overall well-Being of our people by providing private health insurance and fit pass for all- work-Life balance _(25 working days of paid vacation, flexible schedule, corporate events, and team-Building activities_)- modern and comfy office (easy-To-Get office in the new business center with a spectacular view, free fruits, and snacks in the office, playroom with billiard, tennis table, and playstation)- We like to celebrate special days and have fun at our corporate events, and team-Building activities, and we have special vouchers for our peoples birthdays so you can enjoy your special day.- Relocation to serbiain this position, we would like you to undertake the following responsibilities:- Analyses the performance of current processes and agreements with partners and, if growth points are identified, formulate a task and coordinate its solution both within the team and with partners- Analyzing and proposing new payment systems, banks, and partner channels- Promote the companys services in the international market- Conduct meetings and negotiations with partners at the C-Level- Help coordinate the activities of the account management team and the business team in solving business tasks- Represent the company at international conferences and eventsrequired skills:- Proven experience in business development in this or similar segments (igaming, video games, high-Risk):- Proven experience in the online payments industry of 3 years or more- Proven experience in participation in international conferences- Deep understanding of the international internet payments market- Proven experience in communication and negotiations at the top level of large companies in the B2B segment- Ability to analyze and improve internal partner processes- Strategic thinking and analytical mindset- Creativity and presentation skills- Skilled in analyzing the market, and competitors and seeing the main trends- Skilled in decomposing tasks, setting goals, and achieving them both independently and as part of a distributed team- Knowledge of english language B2-C1 (fluent verbal and written)it would be a plus but not necessary:- Knowledge of the portuguese and/or spanisfor our part, we are ready to provide you with our full and comprehensive support in order to cope successfully with this list of tasks.
