Desirable knowledge in facilities management & infrastructure projects related knowledge of processes and best practices in project management and a keen eye for problem interpersonal skills & account management capabilities, together with strong relationship building skills to motivate and negotiate with key team members to reach desired professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, or architecture, with 8 to 15 years in the market.A broad understanding of the characteristics of projects, over a significant portion of the project life working knowledge of all the main project management concepts, tools and of managing the financial aspects of a english and highly desired spanish written and spokengood communication able to manage & handle various project stakeholders from construction team to client on power bi reports managing and programming or architecture major with at least 10 years in similar rolespmi certified or other project management certification is on sustainability approach for projects is a plus (leed certification, other initiatives).Additional informationour inspired people share our vision and mission.
