The team you will be a part of this position is part of our network infrastructure global project management office (sbu). As an rdc pmo, you will perform project management skills by interacting with nokias internal processes, tools, and project operational and financial monitoring and controlling activities. This role coordinates sales forecasting cycle, cost management, and risk/upsides tracking by interacting with the brazil ni pm group, project financial controller, logistics, and other stakeholders involved in project execution. What you will learn and contribute to coordinate business operations processes: sales forecast preparation, monitor risk/upsides, backlog analysis and cleanup activities, key financial indicators for order intake, sales, margin, wip, overdue, backlog...Etc. Be a forecaster in project cube cycle, financial data maintenance based on project structure, and manage erp systems to ensure the accuracy of figures. Contribute cost management by creating standardized and automated financial/operational erp reporting to allow project manager and other stakeholders the proper project execution progress analysis against time, milestones, and cost-Related performance. Transactional activities are organized around a catalog of services packs linked to operational and financial reporting, project management tools, monitoring & project management support. (project creation in sap, cpo tracking, resource management) act as a critical user/change agent in different gpmo processes and tools to allow the pm community tools/process adoption. Ensure all internal documentation for knowledge sharing, develop training, onboarding activities, and materials for pm community follow all nokia information security policies and guidelines, including isms (iso program). All process interactions will focus on the lat brazil market the portuguese language is essential. Your skills and experience business administration, finance, accounting, international business, or related area. 5-8 years experience in a similar position.
