It will also requires strong leadership and negotiation skills, as wellas, be able to work together with our bottling partners to accelerate top linegrowth, together with margin expansion of the ko system in do for usdrive brazil operation p&l (profit & loss) growth and marginexpansion across the full portfolio of products and all routes-To-Consumer,including volume, revenue, profit and margin analysis, and also supporting pricingand strategic investments decisions to ensure a healthy balance of the financialresults and market share brazilian bottlers relationships with respect to all finance matters,including leadership in the negotiations of new business models, such as thelong-Term relationship models (ltrms), aligning ambitious growth plans supportedby aggressive strategic investments and new revenue Lead discussions and negotiations of brazilian bottlers new distributionagreements ofnon-Ko products (diageo, abi, ccu etc.), including governance, franchise integrityand value sharing of such strategic the development of new business models for new lines of business, such asmineral water and fab (flavored alcoholic beverages) businesses, includingnegotiations with co-Packers (or toll packers) across the collaborative business partnership with bottlers and local customers todevelop and execute commercial support to drive decision monthly/quarterly pl (profit & loss), b/s review meetings with internalstakeholders, including operating unit and corporate to ensure alignment andsupport on the monthly finance call explaining the business results and rollingestimate view with fact-Based and understands the key drivers to coca-Cola revenue growth including theimpact and implication of system revenue and manage operational expenditure (opex) for brazil including leadingcountries opex budget target communicate, engage, inspire and motivate the team to drive performanceand achieve individual and team team capabilities in both functional and soft skills with the aim to developthe next generation of & requirementsbachelors degree in related field is preferred10+ years of financial management experience in a global consumer product orfinancial services company with responsibility for similar size of operationstrack record of business/financial management involving influencing andnegotiating with bottlers and customers, communicating effectively, and managingagainst business needs and collaborating with senior leaders across differentinternational to drive a balanced approach as well as understand/articulate tradeoffs toachieving business targets in an optimized way (i.E., volume, profit, timing,speed, risk, short-Term vs. Long-Term metrics).People and resources management experience are highly desirablemust possess ability to motivate and develop the talent and to collaborate withcross-Functional peers to define the business plan/rolling estimate deliverablesfinancial acumen including global currencies, management accounting, financialmodeling, forecasting, budgeting, planning, value chain and system economics,marketing principles, risk management, global standards (business data, financialaccounts and policies, marketing metrics, etc.).Must be fluent in portuguese or can dofor you agile & innovative software platforms:each day we are working to improve efficiency and reporting using top tier platforms and technologies.
