Descrição: - Masters Bachelors in finance, accounting,economics orequivalent discipline - Professional accountingdesignation (cfc) -10 years of relevant work experience -Strong knowledge of ifrs andbrazilian laws. Financialreporting - Ability to guide a team inaccounting, closing, andreporting tasks according to ifrs andbrazilian regulations -Prepare and review group reporting package forentities in brazil andreport as determined by the group - Develop andmaintain timelyand accurate financial statements in accordance withifrs - Assistin preparing consolidated performance reporting tovariousstakeholders - Prepare and present regular reportsandpresentations. Budgeting and monitoring - Support the grouptreasuryfunction including liquidity forecast and optimization andmanagingrelationships with banks - Support local businessplanning andbudgeting process - Analyze financial results vsbudget and forecastto provide business insights on drivers, trendsand kpis. Tax andauditing - Ensure proper documentation andcompliance of internalcontrols and business processes - Overseeall supporting informationfor the annual audit and liaise withexternal auditors - Prepare allrelevant tax filings for thebrazilian entities based on the legaltimeframes - Act as keycontact with external auditors, statutorybodies and departments -Prepare annual reports (statutory reporting)for brazilianentities - Respond to brazilian tax regulators asrequired -Be the key liaison for all brazilian tax matters.
