The selected candidate will be collaborating with a development team using agile approaches to create and deploy high-Availability and high-Performance systems. This is an exciting opportunity for developers to showcase their talent and work with a veteran team while tackling challenging responsibilities:mentor the development team youll head, fostering their growth and the technological community at the organizationensure the accessibility and dependability of your services that support the expansion of the companys operationshare concepts, innovative techniques, or technology advancements that will help the present technological landscapetogether with the po, create the solutions roadmap and the architecture needed to implement itensure that the development team is using good development techniques by taking the leadtogether with a product owner, estimate and rank the user stories for the product that you are buildingfind solutions to common problems by discussing your experiences with peersjob requirements:bachelors/masters degree in engineering, computer science (or equivalent experience)at least 5+ years of relevant experience as a tech leadextensive experience working with java, spring, and kafkademonstrable understanding and implementation of ddd principlesprior help with the creation of distributed service-Based systems architecturesolid familiarity with java development architectures and techniquesextensive knowledge or experience in a hexagonal architecturefamiliarity working with the spring frameworkprolific understanding of or experience working with grpc and protobufthorough knowledge of kafka or another queue managernice to have any additional project management or management knowledgeexpertise in designing systems architecture based on distributed servicesdemonstrable experience working in environments that support concurrency and high performanceprior knowledge in api design and developmentsolid understanding of code review and development using the continuous integration frameworkprior experience developing cloud technologies is preferrednice to have a solid background working in a scrum teamsprior involvement in the development of an api strategy and familiarity with accepted guidelines (openapi, asyncapi, raml, etc.) is idealsome background in developing cqrs services is desirablefluent in spoken and written english communication.
