Our mission: to build a product and an organization that puts the experience first, delivering high-Quality products our players love while enabling our people to be productive and creative without unnecessary will:assist customers with technical issues experienced with our productsreview and analyze system features ongoing and presentdevelop and implement effective strategies and test plansexecute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze resultsmanage and troubleshoot bug reports submitted by customersconduct post-Release/post-Implementation testingwork with cross-Functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecyclerequirementsyou are:with at least 1 (one) year plus experience as a technical support/ qa testerspeaks portugese and englishable to convey and discuss relevant work/study projectsable to document and troubleshoot errorsexcellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detailsanalytical mind and problem-Solving aptitudeinvestigative and curious, wants to understand the why and dig into a problemable to document and put together detailed information on how bugs exist and how to recreate themgood to have:proven experience in the tech industry or within a role that involved either tech support or qa testinguse both frontend and backend test automation with tools such as, playwright, sentry and/or chromatican understanding of test management principles and processesknowledge of sports and/or casino terminologyproficient with google suite (drive, spreadsheets, docs), slack, zendesk and jiraengineering at blazeat blaze, we take pride in our engineering culture and our product quality.
