Excellent sourcing skills, proficiency in social media recruiting platforms Work closely with the hiring managers and in line with on strategic global hiring programs. Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization. Procure people for different requirements and countries. Highly energized and self-Driven with great passion for recruitment Strong relationship-Building & team collaboration skills Comfortable in a fast-Paced, rapid-Growth environment Excellent verbal and written communication skillsrequirements and qualifications Bachelors degree in psychology, business administration, hr management or equivalent At least 3 years of experience in a similar hr role Advanced office package special for excel (domain in vlookup and pivottable formulas) Strong oral and written communication skills Knowledge of the sap system (success factors) is a plus Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, individually, in groups and across cultures.
