We are a young and dynamic company that develops a saas solution that helps agro-Business and farmers all across the world to increase their yields and maintain profitability while decreasing their are looking for a vp of business development to lead and accelerate our business activity within brazil and latam and act as brazils ceo location: são paulo (on site)tasks and responsibilities:develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and and target new business opportunities and market research to understand industry trends and customer potential areas for company growth and with sales to execute successful business development initiatives and ensure strong relationships with key clients and as a brazils ceo deputy, take full ownership of brazils success and ensure full synchronisation between local team members while driving to sales target achievements provide regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and customer feedback to industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate business management/economic or equivalent degree - Must, mba degree- An advantage8+ years of experience in business developmentstrong knowledge and experience in local agricultural industry, latam - A huge advantage A proven strategic advisor working with senior-Level decision makersexperience building and managing a business plan experience managing and selling large client dealsdemonstrated strategic and analytical sales approach, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities independentlytrack record of reaching and exceeding business targetsportuguese speaking and writing - Fluent speaker, english speaking and writing in mother tongue levelexcellent communication and interpersonal skillsbe able to think strategically and creativelystrong understanding of the products or services they are sellingbe comfortable working in a fast-Paced and competitive environmenthave the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
